Step 1. Click Eligibility
Step 2. Put participant’s ID or Last Name and DOB then click Check Eligibility.
The below illustration shows that consumer is Eligible on the date of service.
Step 3. Click View details to see the complete details of the member
Look for Eligibility History on which start date and End date shows. Above shown that participant is eligible.
