1. Log on to https://editps.dhmh.state.md.us/login.aspx
2. In the Home Page, go to Option #3: “Send a file to Medicaid (Production)”.
3. Choose a file to upload, then hit “UPLOAD”.
4. Copy the File Name generated as Reference to Column F of the tracker/spreadsheet
5. Notify Sandy and Kerry that you just uploaded 837s
