How to trace the network interruption between US and PH and their both ISP’s network.
Go to trace the network right of the screen and check the network logo if it is connected or not.
In Windows 10
Physically connected and it has an internet
Either not physically connected or physically connected but has no internet.
In Windows 7
Physically connected and it has an internet
Physically connected but it has no internet
Physically not connected
Technically the network connected to the internet
If some of workstations are connected to the internet but the others are not and you are in the same network or switch, check the cable from the workstation to the switch if it’s plugged in properly.
