If all of the workstation are physically connected but has no internet connection, check the cable from the switches to the firewall if it’s plugged in properly.

If the switches are physically connected to the firewall but still no internet, ping the google.com or 8.8.8.8

  1. Click start
  2. Type, “cmd” or click the command prompt
  3. Type, “ping 8.8.8.8 -t”
