But if you’re in the PH, you need the firewall connected to the US firewall to access the MSI Apps which is connected to the server, Spark, 3CX and the US workstations.

But if the replies 100.1 or 1.1 are request time out or unreachable just like on the figure 3.2, it might be a firewall issue. You have to tell to Mark or Sandy about this issue. If the IT is not around, you can call them for this kind of assistance.
